I've been thinking a lot about our bodies and working out and what not. We've all heard of people healing themselves through whatever method; like meditation. Well, why work out? They're our bodies, why not just tell them to make more muscle, or to lose less fat. Also, whose to say it's not possible when the Placebo effect has been proven many times over. Perhaps, just constantly thinking it will cause improvement. I think I'll give it a shot. Or, even better, is work out AND every night meditate and focus on a bigger, strong, slimmer body. I think that both are very good ideas/thing to try lol.
If you can figure out a way to make that work, you can have infomercials on T.V. at 3 a.m. about a collection of your CD's and pamphlets about how to lose fat and gain muscle by sitting on your ass and having thoughts. You could look into how thoughts can reduce cholesterol, increase endorphin output, cleanse blood, promote healthy activity in all organs, help regulate blood sugar, slow the aging process, increase sex drive, increase mental clarity, strengthen the heart and lungs, and bring about all of the other benefits of exercise. If it works, it will catch on really fast, and you will be a billionaire in a matter of weeks. Good luck.
