I've been thinking a lot about our bodies and working out and what not. We've all heard of people healing themselves through whatever method; like meditation. Well, why work out? They're our bodies, why not just tell them to make more muscle, or to lose less fat. Also, whose to say it's not possible when the Placebo effect has been proven many times over. Perhaps, just constantly thinking it will cause improvement. I think I'll give it a shot. Or, even better, is work out AND every night meditate and focus on a bigger, strong, slimmer body. I think that both are very good ideas/thing to try lol. |
