Question Working on Ideas, comes at cost...???

      Salutations.

      Highly excited about being here.

Recently I've been working on problems, ideas, writing plots, developing and deconstructionalism in my dreams.

Then, when an idea, an answer, or a piece of some of these iridescent puzzles is found, to stop in the dream and remember it.

      Upon waking, write it down.

Yet, I've noticed certain energy imbalances in my day. I am highly sensitive to energy.

Thus, the question and curiosity in such activities, when not kept in balance, seem to possibly detract from the rejuvenation provided by sleep.

      Thoughts??

      Thanx.

to Dreamviews, EsotericAce. Nice to meet you.

It is true for me too that putting a lot of effort into dreaming can make me more tired during the day. Sometimes writing at night can wake up enough that it is harder to get back to sleep, or excitement of an early morning dream will wake you up earlier than usual, also causing you to miss sleep.

Do you think the extra creativity you are discovering is worth it? Maybe you should just try to get to bed earlier. That can be hard, I know. I take naps whenever I can, which is mostly just the weekends, but it helps.

It seems like you are getting a lot out of your dreaming, so I hope you can figure out how to balance that with your daytime energy needs too. Good luck.
