Spartiate, you just got nailed. I even gave you two chances to pass the test. The people in the video were not in Montogmery, Arkansas. They were in the capital city, where the capitol building is and where the governor lives and works. The capital of Arkansas is not Montgomery. It is Little Rock. Montgomery is the capital of Alabama.
