I don't know too much about this particular type of law, but no you cannot sue someone if they take video of you in public. If so, half of youtube videos would be down. |

So, I saw a Tom Green video the other day, he walks into a pharmacy and awkwardly buys condoms. While this is mild compared to other things he's done, how does he get away with it? |

If it is in public you can tape anything you want. The only time you can't tape someone is if they are in a private area, then you need their permission. Though you shouldn't be sneaking around video taping people in their home and stuff in the first place. |
