meh, it's happened to me before to. my very first lucid i was punching myself in the head inside the dream to try to wake myself up..when i woke up to reality i hit myself once in the head, not hard, but it was like...dude.. lol |

Weird experience this morning
I was dreaming and I became lucid, but then when I was doing a reality check, I went to pinch my nose and my physical body moved! My hand went for my nose and I woke up holding my nose. This is really weird because when you are dreaming, aren't you in sleep paralysis? I'm pretty sure you are. I was freaked out by it.
Whenever your thinking, just remember thoughts become things.

-Street race with different cars { }

This exact thing happened to me this morning! I realized i was dreaming and went to pinch my nose and suddenly i was back in my bed! WTF?! i was in sleep paralysis for a few seconds so i couldn't actually move my hand... it was pretty trippy man.
Nothing is difficult in a dream, its all in your head.

I once punched the wall next to my bed, after suddenly waking up from a dream fight! But the weirdest thing ever happened to me is this!

I found out a while ago that I often speak out my conversations in my dreams in real life while I'm sleeping. Not just random sleep talking, but actual, full length conversations.

I have also had parts of my body move when I moved them during LD as well.. this is pretty normal. Dont worry... This is why I also try to use movement free reality checks..

MY RC ADVICE: Don't be too eager to go leaping off buildings.
