What kind of weight training would you recommend? And is 30 minutes a day for cardio good? To start with at least. |

Just got to a gym, start with squats, bench press and some back exercise. A great way to learn to ask people about their routine, most people wouldn't mind helping you out. If you're too shy just watch people in between your sets. Everyone has a different routine, just take the best of it plus the basics and you'll have a nice routine of your own. |

Well, you can spend some time working on that. If you have a back yard, practice walking him on a leash. Make sure you have his attention while doing so. If you don't have a backyard, then take him just outside your front door, but have some form of reward (treats, if he/she is food-motivated) and work on walking short distances and making sure you have his/her attention. If it helps, see if there's someone who can control the dog who will practice training him/her with you. If the dog is older, it may take more time, but it's not impossible. Nearly any dog is trainable if the owner is willing to be patient. |

Eat more fruit and veg. Drink less alcohol if you drink at all. Minimize the junk food. |

Alright, so I haven't began exercising yet, seeing as I am still sick, and it sucks. Hopefully I can start doing something tomorrow, or Monday. |

Just a quick question. When you say you have "a stomach" is that you carry a large amount if excess bodyfat, is your stomach flabby, to you hav a chubby face? Or is it more of a bloat? As in in general your not fat, you just have a bloated, rounded stomach. The the answer is the latter, bodyfat probably isnt the main problem, the problem is a Carbohydrate intolerance, and just far toom nay simple carbs. This a problem that affects a huge number of people in the US, Canada and Britain; since we have in recent years adopted the North American diet. |
