Do Blind People Dream With Sight?

This is an honest answer I have been thinking about for a while; Do Blind People Dream With Sight? Since what we experience in the waking world is our mind manifesting the information we take in through our eyes, ears, nose, hands, etc, and translate that into a scene with sounds, sights, feelings, etc, and dreaming is our mind manifesting a world without relying on sensory input, just memory, imagination, etc, would someone that is visually impaired experience images and scenes just the same as a person with fully functioning vision? And while talking about sight, what about people with other sensory impairments? Could they, potentially, dream with the experiences hearing if they are hearing impaired?

If they were born blind, they dream in sounds feelings ect. If they were recently blinded, they'll continue dreaming normally for a while, and slowly start to dream in sound touch ect.
