Thread: why do I always dream about school?

It might be a hint. Lucid Dreaming is a school. One's purpose in life is to attain understanding--and there are very specific means of getting there.

I dream a lot about being at school too. I think you're probably right that your brain is just reflecting your day. Usually when I'm worried about something in school before going to bed I'll dream about it, or something similar anyways.

Well, you have spent an awful lot of your waking life there, haven't you? It's probably easy for your brain to recreate an environment you've visited every day for years. Although sometimes I'm in a totally different school unlike any I've ever visited..

Its because you there all the time. Same reason that I dreamt about work all time during the summer, because I was always there.

I am a teacher, and I dream about school (my schools and other schools I've never been to) all the time.
It's our main place of experience and relationship that gives the material for our dream.
I am actually trying to use this as a reality check: I have decided to take a reality test every time I am in a school, hoping that this will happen in my dreams too.

I dream of school plenty of times during my summer vacations, but never during the school year.

School dreams are very common, because it reality all of us here are here to learn Earth Lessons. Next time you dream about school think of what was the feeling, where you late, did you fail a test and so on and those are clues to the message of the dream. Crying because everyone was ignoring you just says that "you were releasing pent up emotions".

A little offtopic: as Grigorios does, you should try to teach yourself to do a RC everytime you dream about school.

I personally think because you're in school so much during your waking life, it probably doesn't have a significant meaning
It happens to me all the time too, and it's quite annoying..
