Ex bf dream

So I had a long dream last night and my ex was in the whole thing I remember we were driving to lake vacation spot and my parents were leading the way on their bikes and we were driving I remember I said I love you and he never said it back it just went quiet so I said I was like I shouldn't of said that we got to the spot and right away I dropped a pan in the lake I searched forever trying to find this pan I was determined but I couldn't find it! Finally I wanted to go watch. Movie so I asked my friend and ex bf and he declined so I went upstairs to watch it and I came down after fuming mad and I started yelling at him and for some reason I wanted to know if he was texting while I was upstairs it's like I wa just looking for something to get mad at him for. I remember us all leaving going home I opened the newspaper an he wrote a msg to me and had it published it said hi Amanda I love you . I just don't know why I dreamt of him it reminded me of our relationship how we always got into fights how we were both unhappy and how I always started fights

Don't have to. I dream about my ex far too often. He was abusive, and these are fight dreams. My husband used to wake up with scratches and bruises. I'd fight him thinking he was my ex trying to force me to come back to him.

People have plenty of dreams about people they like, love, dislike or hate. Your brain takes memories, throws logic out the door, and turns them into dreams. That's my take, anyways.
