      Does anyone notice this...?

      I notice that I wake up for a 1/2 second-2 seconds (enough to sit up and look at my alarm clock across the room), and it seems to be about every 90 minutes, which is the length of a dream cycle.

      Does anyone else notice this, or know why it happens?
