      How can I notice?

      Ok, here's the thing, my biggest occurring and repeating dreams or dream signs are me usually being involved in a Video Game, Cartoon or Movie. And that I'M controlled and viewing myself in 3rd person. It's like I'm playing the game/movie, but at the same time I'm in it looking at myself from 1st person/Point Of View doing some wild adventure.

      My problem is, I can't notice it's a dream, take control or become aware because my mind is too busy
      focusing on a certain aspect of the dream. Anyway that I can? And perhaps turning it Lucid?

      Thats the same problem I have. (Well, except the video game part hehe)
      I somehow, deep in my mind know that I'm dreaming, but can't make myself realize it.
      I've been playing around with RC for a while, and while I haven't had a lucid dream, I definitely seem to be making progress.

      So try RC. Although I can't be positive that thats what is making me improve. (Plus I've just started trying to have lucid dreams. )
