      No more dreams?

For about several months now almost a year I really havent been remembering any of my dreams. Before that, ever since I was a little kid I had always had or atleast remembered lots of dreams but now I don't know why but I just wont remember any.
Any reason for this? Or how I could remember?

Everyone has dreams, every single night. It depends on how much sleep you get, but with a regular sleeping schedule you should get around 22 dreams every night. Of course, you're not going to remember them all, but you should try to remember some - at least one per night.

The best thing you could possibly do for your recall is to keep a Dream Journal. You can post one here on this site or keep a private one at home. Just write down whatever you can remember each day, and even if you don't remember anything, just write "0." This really helps you recall; since I've started keeping a Dream Journal here, I've been remembering on average 6 dreams per night.

It's also really important that you get enough sleep. Eight hours should be good, but everyone is different.

When you wake up, lay in bed for a minute or two and try to think of all the dreams you had. You'll forget them if you don't try to remember right away, so think quickly and write them down! Good luck, Nankurunaisa (and welcome to the site!)!
