I experienced sleep paralysis for the first time a few months ago. It's happened a few more times since. It was a really interesting experience, like the dream world and the real world were blended together.

I've wanted to explore it some more and be more prepared, but I can't seem to induce it like I can a lucid dream. It seems to be pretty arbitrary. Each time it's occurred has been during naps after staying awake for more than 36 hours.

But I can no longer mess with my sleep schedule for the chance to experience sleep paralysis, so I was wondering if anybody has had any success inducing sleep paralysis with a different method.
