Always, no sometimes think it's me,
But you know I know when it's a dream
I think I know I mean a yes
But it's all wrong
That is I think I disagree

I'm one of those people who have a hard time falling asleep for the first time at night; i can fall asleep easily after the first time. My mind just keeps going and sometimes its hard to make it shutup. Sometimes if i focus on my breathing and/or count my breaths, i can seem to quite my mind. I guess you could call it focal meditation. Focus on one thing to draw you focus away from another. You could try that and maybe that will make the song stop. I'm pretty sure shockwave has some info about focal and void meditation in the dv academy. |

LD Goals: [] Have a successful VILD [] Take crazy, hallucinogenic, euphoric drug [] Fly through multi-colored ice cavern while "Surfing with the Alien" by Joe Satriani plays [] Fight a hollow, while using Zangetsu

I will try this out, because it sounds to me that I could use this technique not only to overcome the looping song in my head, but also other disturbing noises at night like cars driving beneath my window |
