So, since i moved into my own apartment finally, and i have some free time now, i've decided to try a different version of keeping a record of my dreams then i did in the past. for the past couple of weeks, i have been trying to keep a mental dream journal. instead of writing them down, i just wake up, sit for a couple minutes, go through the events of my dreams a couple times with as much detail as i can, and then go on with my day. usually, i will think back to the dream a couple of times throughout the day, so i dont forget the feeling of it, as well. i also think about it before i go to sleep. the results have been awesome. since i started keeping my MDJ, i am back to at least 2 dreams a night remembered. i never went back and looked over my dreams that i wrote down, so i actually like this version better.
