      Question Hit by a shock wave

      Does anyone ever fall asleep and it feels like your body gets it with a shock wave or jolt of electricity? Its just a split second but your whole body jumps and you hear some kind of loud noise like something super fast blowing by you.

      When I was little I used to think when I was dreaming my sould would leave my body and this was a spirit trying to take over my body. I always wake up when this happens.

      That is Sleep Paralysis. Vibrations, jolts, and loud noises are all normal occurances in SP. If you are able to relax and let these sensations take over you are well on your way to achieving a WILD!

      This doent happen very often but when it does I now just let it go. Or I try to but sometimes it really wakes me back up.
