      Red face Huge Problem I Need Help With...... Can anyone answer this?

      OK, recently I had this REALLY INTENSE vivid dream it looked EXACTLY like the real world, how can i have vivid dreams? Most of my dreams are blurry. P.S I tried the mango thing, IT DIDN'T WORK. Any OTHER way, because I don't want to take any B-6 pills...

      Sometimes dreams are just really vivid like that. Without supplements mainly what I would suggest is working on increasing your awareness in waking life with things like the Sporadic Awareness Technique or All Day Awareness. Combining those with keeping a detailed dream journal should make all of your dreams very vivid. They'll also probably make you lucid quite a lot if you master them.
