Hey, I am wondering is it possible too not dream. The thought of having a 8 hour deep sleep sounds impossible. I can never go longer than 2 hours without waking up scared for my life/screaming or running out of my room, It will take me a few minutes every time realize it was only a dream and my life is not at risk, Ill constantly be covered in sweat and heart racing. Also I will be wearing clothes that I did not have on before I went to sleep! I would love just to sleep for a solid 8 hours and not have one memory of a dream. I always find myself really tiered through out the day due to waking up so much through the night. I have been told on numerous times I sleep walk aswell.

Any ideas on how to get a peaceful sleep without any dreams or panic attacks/sleepwalk?
