My dream effected my living life.

I fell asleep at about 4am. When my dream started people were taking pictures of me while I was holding a camera. There were a lot of people, it was like flash after flash. I was still laying down in my bed under my covers but I'm not sure if I was in my room or in a museum type place. They started to tell me to take a certain type of photograph that consisted of 3 photographs. I somehow knew that if I don't take these pictures right, something is gonna happen. Every time I messed up I would wake up but not all the way, it would be like I was half awake and half asleep. Every time I woke up I saw my ceiling for about 2 seconds then I went back to trying to take the pictures. I tried over and over but I kept getting it wrong. Throughout the whole time I was dreaming the people never stopped taking pictures. The whole dream was about me trying to get those pictures right to prevent something from happening to me, but I don't know what. The photographer's started to carry me out of the building (I couldn't move my own body, like if I was paralyzed.) When move photographs came out of nowhere and started to take take pictures. The people that were caring me made them stop taking pictures, when they all stopped one photographer said to another "well at least we got to get a picture of him before it happens." I then woke up and it was 6:40am, my body felt dead, it was hard to breath, and my tonsoles felt swollen. My head would throb with any little moment then I realized I know this feeling, I have felt it before... I am majorly sick right now. Its 8am right now and I just remembered my dream so I decided to write it down. PS. I feel horrible and it feels like the room is spinning.

It is not unusual to have stressful dreams when one is feeling physically sick, and conversely having a restless night filled with stressful dreams is likely to make one feel worse physically upon awakening. If I were you, I would do something to try to relax in waking life and especially before falling asleep to help you have a restful night sleep which hopefully will help you get physically better. I wish you health.

Thanks you for the advice. Once I get home from school I'll relax by meditating for a while

I wasn't lucid when I had this dream but in the three lucid dreams I've had, they have never effected my living life.

You might want to consider a water fast for a day or two.
