I love and accept myself for the nightmares I have

I just can't escape it. I have no where else to turn but face them.....My dreams can come up with the most wildest stuff. And even tho they get gory and even tho they show my last love.....I have to accept that I'm going to have them and there is nothing else I can do about it. No LD's going to change the motion my dreams flow. No controlling them is going to change the outcome of these nightmares. It's just something I have to accept and move on.
