Wow....someone please tell me wtf was going on here

I got 4 hours of sleep last night and decided to take an hour nap during the day today. This is what i can recall form this....experience.

i remember being in bed and going through sleep paralysis. For the first time, i had a sense of calm and didn't flip out and decided to go with it. I closed my eyes and within a couple of seconds, i feel crazy vibrations buzzing throughout my body and even see lights in the shape of a rectangle forming in my close-eyed visuals. After this goes on for a couple seconds my body jerks and i lose everything, but i am still paralyzed.

I decide to try again and the same thing happens. then the rectangular light forms into a blue electric swirling flame. From there, all i remember seeing is a series of utopian images of nature one after the other with music playing (i cannot remember which songs unfortunately). These images were so beautiful that i could've cried. I decided to persist and see if my dream body would appear so i can explore the landscapes. It never happened. It took an incredible amount of willpower for me to stay conscious and not punk out because it felt like i was about to have a seizure at any given moment. I got bored after a couple of minutes because i did not know how to create my dream body and kind of just waited for it to happen....so i intentionally tried to move my physical body. I ended up rolling off of my bed and was kind pf physically "stuck" because although i kind of moved, i was still paralyzed. I definitely dreamed later on after that, but the whole experience was bizarre. Not my first time going through something like that, but it's been a while and is exhilarating! But how the hell do i create my dream body from there?

edit- wow. i am an imbecile for not realizing this. After i rolled off of my bed and fell onto the floor, i wasn't in my actual room and the dream continued from there....which means that that scenario was a continuation of those images into an actual dream...and that WAS my dream body i rolled off the bed with. I guess i just had trouble attaining the lucidity from the beginning.
