      I've been having Plenty of dreams now that i Can't sleep that well

      I've been having jerking(similar touretes syndrome) lately cause some condition i have and seems like i'm having more dreams. I guess it's cause i'm waking up a lot. like at sometimes i'm waking up every hour.

      I dont necesarily remember them all but there's many that i do.

      That's an unfortunate condition. I suppose, the bright side is that you have plenty of opportunities for WILD. The fact that you're having more recalled dreams (and dreams in general) can help with recognizing dream signs.
