      Aching when in one spot.

I can't find something related to this topic so I might as well address it here.

I've been trying to reach more progress in my lucidity, I've been trying every night for the months I have lost track of. I did one REALLY nice one when I took an afternoon nap but I always crave more. I know this isn't the most practical or effective but I want to get better at it, I usually just lay in bed and not move, and just see what happens, I can devote hours into it if needed except that I feel a VERY uncomfortable and untraceable ache all over my body thats just FORCING me to move and if my mind slips a bit my body does it automatically and screws up my progress, even with heavy pain killers, I cant at the very least lay down and relax and let what ever happens happens, I haven't done WBTB recently but it proved similiar results. What is this ache that becomes agonizing and how can I get rid of it?

You can probably get rid of it by moving. It's the same with swallowing or scratching, just don't make a big deal of it. Do whatever you need in order to get comfortable, and then get back to WILDing (which I'm assuming is what you are attempting). Or if it isn't getting you the results you want, try DEILD instead. That is much quicker, once you learn to notice that you are waking up.
