      Dreaming About a Girl I Do Not Know

      Hi everyone, first time posted here!
      So I very frequently have dreams about certain people in my life, and I can usually relate them to different feelings or things that need to be changed...however last night I had a strange dream. Note, that in real life I am a single straight 20 year old man.

      In the dream I traveled to another country for an exchange program and met a great girl. I spent the whole time I was there with her having a great time, and then it came time for me to go home at the end of the semester...she sat down on the floor of the airport and started crying because I was leaving her. Then, I bent down to comfort her, talked to her for what seemed like around 5 minutes and then kisses her one last time. Right as our lips parted after the kiss I woke up.

      Usually my dreams have some sort of meaning to my real life, but I can't figure this one out. Could someone help me read into this dream?

      Hey there! My first post on my newly resurrected account.

      Okay, as a single man, you may be experiencing loneliness. It is very common for people who are feeling rather misunderstood or alone in waking life, to dream up an assurance unconsciously that they are somehow needed by another individual (aka. A partner).

      This individual [dream character], is most likely a romantic relationship, but one may also conjure up an old childhood friend or even an imaginary friend.

      If you are feeling lonely, I suggest sitting down and watching a click flick or something. You may not feel so alone awake, but you most probably are at the moment of dreaming. As an addition, ice cream may greatly enhance results.
