Uncertain of definition

Was awakened by the level of context within my dream of last night, uncertain of the meaning and trying to gain a little insight from here; I was entering a facility seemingly innocent enough, work was going on and I was beginning a new career or activity at the location. My first position was cleaning the walls with a pressure wash wand, removing dirt and debris, very tall walls inside a building or structure which appeared to be some form of cloth or fabric, then moving up to work inside a pool of water where I jumped in without hesitation fully dressed, the water started shallow then progressed to neck deep with others also enjoying the work in the fluid. Everyone I spoke with told of their determination, their forthright need to give as much as they could in the work, I seem to have spoken with many as they all appeared to know me. I was still older in my dream much as I am now, where a young woman and I began driving, unsure as to what machine but driving with me behind the wheel, she was soft spoken and in this presence very playful, she kept touching my lips with her tennis shoe covered small foot. She was small in stature but very large in presence, almost to overwhelming in activity in trying to gain my attention. I was removing her shoe then rubbing my whiskered face across the sole of her foot with her giggling and in some sort of cavernous region with light from outside and we still in the machine when I awoke, needless to say aroused and trying to come to a sense of meaning to this. This was the most lucid dream I have had in years, I felt I could feel and sense all that was around me, the wetness of the water, the breeze from the spray of the washer, the wind surrounding the machine I drove and the touches to my lips.

By definition do you mean you want to know the meaning of the dream? It doesn't seem particularly meaningful to me, unless maybe it refers to your life in some way, and you haven't indicated that it does. But I want to point out that the dream doesn't sound like it was lucid - you described powerful sensations. That's what's called a vivid dream. Lucid means you know it's a dream while you're dreaming.

I didn't know the difference but the explanation was enlightening as I have had a few vivid dreams in my life. I had the same dream a few nights later, more detail and yes, I did realize I was in a dream not just having one, knew I was not where I am normally. The sensations were similar but I did note the woman was in mid thirties, capri pants, a light 'T' shirt blouse. She never really spoke words just seemed to connect by thought or motion. The car I drove seemed odd to me, not foreign or domestic almost as if I had made it of parts from many. I tried to recall all the details as best I could, the interactions of the group at the facility being cleaned was more vague this time but the details of the cloth tapestries were more vivid, the amount of dirt(actually mud) clinging to the upper regions and no idea how it got there, the pool where we all jumped in to work with me fully clothed as if I were going to my current position. The water depth did not scare me nor did it seem to bother me I was wet but it seemed I was not. The young woman's ankle in my hand(not clenched but supported) felt natural, she did not make effort to withdraw nor to pause from the event and again she seemed to connect to me by thought and contact more than speech, we were at ease with each other. The cavernous region did appear to be a natural cavern, from which we could see a throng of people moving about the entrance, we did not care if they saw us.
