      Korak decides what to do.

      After few days of small dreams and less dreams, I decided to something about it. I decided to gently move towards the goal from all directions (what ever that means, just like one of my dream statement).

      1. I decided before go to sleep write something in the same dream journal I use, and keep it near my bed as usual.
      2. Order supplements Vit B6, and Magnesium citrate power for drink. Dosages are 1 tab Vitamin b6, and half a teaspoon Mg citrate power mixed with cup of plain water.
      A slow start. Not decided to use the Choline Bitartate yet.

      Let me see how that improves.

      Had good night sleep on past few days. When waking up nothing sort of dream come to mind. I just wokeup fresh. The nutrition made the difference. I am ready for tonight for dreams.
      Vit Bcomplex + 1 Vit B6 tablet + Magnesium Citrate half teaspoon after dinner. wait for 2 hours before go to sleep. Wrote some journal entries on the dream journal notebook which is not a dream entry. just about current mood. and for motivation too.

      Yesterday night I had a good sleep and wakeup today morning, nothing much to remember about dreams. I have to look into some dream intent articles to find what to do.

      So far, I skip the morning Magnesium supplement, as I feel they are ready to make me sleepy during the day. I do take the Magnesium Citrate half a teaspoon and a vit b6, so far.
      I got my first awareness in my dream today. I hope i will get more dream awareness in my dreams. I logged my dream in the dream journal. I think I should include some suggestions in my meditation.
