So, I don't want this to sound like the stereotypical, "Am I Psychic?" thread, but ever since I can remember I dream of events and places in my life and more often than not, these events come true. For example, I had a particular dream in which I was talking to two people but neither of them had faces (as in no matter how hard I tried to make out their features, it was impossible), however I could make out their clothing and the surroundings in near perfect clarity. There was bright lighting and quite a few people and the only person I could clearly see was my room mate who was in my periphery to my right.

Two weeks later my room mate and I went to a gaming tournament that was set up on campus in a massive room. We went to check it out and my room mate introduced me to two guys who had met earlier in the semester. The two in question turned out to be some buddies of his and the missing faces to the dream. The moment they stepped in front of me I had an intense feeling of Deja Vu. I looked directly at them and in comparison with the dream, their clothing matched, their heights matched, the lighting matched, the room was full of people because of the tournament, and more importantly, my room mate was in the right side of my peripheral view.

I have had numerous of these random and off the wall dreams with faceless people that have come true. I once asked a psychology professor about the events that I had foreseen and he simply stated that when one dreams of realistic events it is possible that our actions will "tip the odds" in our favor of completing certain actions that will lead us to the location and event we have foreseen. Therein lies the problem. None of the things I have seen are on a grand scale; they are not visions. None of the things I have seen are in any way the result of my actions. I find it hard to believe that I can sway things in my favor to meet those two faceless figures in real life when i have no idea how to.

Anyways, I guess my real question is, what do you guys think? Do I have an unusual and somewhat useless gift? Am I off my rocker? Or is there another answer to all this. Thanks!
