I died and...

Recently I had a dream where I was in my lifeguard course and everything was handy dandy till the end. It was the end of the course and everyone left cause their parents picked them up and it was only me and this chick. I said to her, "I have no idea how long my rents will be so I'll just walk, bye." She said bye as well but 20 seconds after she's yelling me to comeback and so I did but I didn't make it in time because once I reached her I feel a numbingness in my back. Next thing I know everything goes blurry and I fell on my stomach and I was whimpering "help me..." And as I was saying that, I realized that I was stabbed in the back. But when I was whimpering, I just remembering my vision going to really bright white then I don't remember anything after that and I didn't wake up when everything went white. Could this mean anything or just another dream?

Wow, that's pretty interesting. I don't think you have anything to be worried about though. I've had 2 dreams in my life where I've been shot and killed, the entire thing felt realistic too (the hole in my chest, the shock, the blood oozing out of me, etc). It's not pleasant, dying that is . I haven't experienced the white ending before, I just faded to black and woke up. This is more my opinion based off my own understanding and views: I think things like this are normal, though uncommon. This is a pretty late reply but still I hope it helps in some way to at least reassure you
