What you experienced is known as a confusional arousal. Like sleepwalking, a confusional arousal is a parasomnia that occurs during slow-wave sleep. Parasomnias are remembered like dreams because they occur in the same mode of consciousness. |

My friend told me that i woke up at 3 in the morning and I started talking to her and at first I was just saying weird things I said "burn their eyes out" and said that "they're behind you" and then I stopped talking for about a minute and I said my ex was gonna die and she said what? And I turned around and faced her and opened my eyes and started to have a conversation with her and I said he's gonna die in 13 days and she asked me if I knew what I was saying and I said yes I'm completely awake and she said well I think you should go to bed and I said no and just kept telling her he's gonna die and she left the room and came back and I was asleep facing the wall again and I am super scared I don't remember any of this please help |
