I don't know what to call this and why isn't he talking to me

It all started when I was scrolling through google and I seen a tumblr picture of a guy who worked as a male model. He was pretty popular on there. All I remember was me thinking this guy thinks he's so cool and what not. A few months later, I had a dream about this stranger that I hadn't met before. In my dream I was leaving my old elementary school and the more I walked everything started to look different and before I knew it I was in a different place. I was desperately trying to find my way back to where I was before so I asked this girl for directions. I stood at the bus shelter and I seen the guy but it seemed like he was pretending as if he was just seeing me for the first time. The odd thing about this dream was I seen a celebrity who's from the 5SOS band and there were other people that I hadn't met before. I was trying to figure out who could it have possibly been and then it just clicked. I'll just call him C. I thought this was pretty weird since I didn't know him.After the dream ended, I went on his twitter and told him I had a dream about him ( I know most people would think this was a bad idea but I didn't care at the time.) He seen my tweet and he liked it so I'm pretty sure he knows he did. Then I tweeted to him asking if he had the same and he didn't reply. He tweeted on his profile saying things such as think with your heart and not with your head. So I just knew the things he was saying had to do with me. I ended up just leaving it for a while. Then I had another dream where he was at my house and we were sitting beside each other drawing and his friends were there but they were trying to get us to be alone and they did but he seemed like he was showing that he liked me but didn't want to say anything. I had another dream like this that was a few days ago where he was I think teaching me how to swim and then he was at my house second time and we were watching tv with his friends there of course. He posted a music video on his twitter so I just tweeted to him that I liked it. He immediately liked it and then went on my profile and then liked another retweet of mine. This is the part that's confusing to me. I messaged him on my twitter because ever since the first dream that I had of him we never talked to each other in real life just liking each others tweets. When I messaged him on twitter saying hey he didn't reply so I don't think he got the notification but even if he did I still wouldn't think he would reply to me. It seems to me that he likes me but doesn't want people on his twitter to know and prob doesn't know how to talk to me since he thinks I'm going to think this situation is weird and he's the one who came to my dream first. I just don't know why though. Can any one give me clues as to why he's not talking to me but just liking my tweets. Oh and also he seems to hang around bad people but ever since I came to his attention he doesn't seem to be tweeting negative things or around those people as much. I know this is long but i feel like since I'm a good person he cant associate himself with me but I could be wrong.I don't know how to explain this but hope this was enough.

Just to clarify about what happened with the tweets and such; they are not part of the dreams or are they?

If he is a professional entertainer maybe his twitter is for publicity and he has publicity people who just like all the tweets.
People who want to be popular have to build following what ever it takes, they don't necessarily know or care about their followers.
It wouldn't be like a youtuber cultivating followers, a successful entertainer would just want numbers, their income isn't based on clicks its based on popularity and supposedly on talent

The tweets are not a part of the dream. I actually tweeted it to him when I found out he was someone who i didn't know that came in my dream.

No he's not a professional entertainer. He used to be a male model but now he works as a photographer and has around 6000 followers. I didn't know who he was. He's the one who first came in my dream. It wasn't until a few weeks later I found out it was him and then i tweeted to him that I had a dream of him and then he liked the tweet. But ever since then he hasn't actually talked to me in real life. His image pops in my mind from time to time and he also comes in my dreams sometimes. What was the purpose of him doing that?

That's normal! The information you saw was stored in your subconscious and you had a dream about it. It's not uncommon for people to dream about something like that. You may want to look for the meaning deep within yourself rather than ask someone that you dreamt about.
Nobody (star or not) likes it when you pester them like that. Besides, I don't think he would have time to answer personal messages and so many of the questions posed on twitter.

He also came in my dream a few time where he was in my house showing that he liked me and his friends were trying to get us alone.

Yep, I've had those dreams too and they are more common than you think. It does not appear to be a prophetic dream either. He is just a dream character in your dream that's all. I hope you are not setting yourself up for failure, you know? Question? What if you were famous and stuff, how would you feel if one of your fans had a crush on you and thought it was something more than what it is? And you don't even know this person. How would you react?
