im new but one night a few days ago i was incontrol of m,y dream yet i didnt know i was dreaming until i woke up everything in the drem seemd to be in real time expect creepier, and stuff, is this just the blacking out due to extreme sleepiness or did i go into involunterry lucid dreaming? |

some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

As Puffin stated, lucid dreaming has nothing to do with control. As long as in the dream itself you recognize that it is a dream, then it is considered "lucid." People correlate lucidity and control because *generally* control can come easier with lucidity. Your dream sounds like just a regular dream, with the exception of you having a little more control than appears regular for you. |
