Alright, every morning i wake up at 8 am, take a shower and i go back to sleep for half an hour.
And the dreams that i have then seem a lot more plausible, would this be considered a lucid dream?
I remember once, i actually said to myself 'this is a dream', but i didnt really control it. Also, i have another question : i read about the tests you do in dreams, to see if its reality or not, how would i remember to do this in a dream? Should i flip a light switch every couple of hours while awake so i get into a habit or something?

This should give you the info you're looking for.

And yes, if you knew you were dreaming - it was a lucid dream. You can be lucid and have no control, just as you can have control and not be lucid. The two things are not dependent on each other. But a vivd dream is not considered lucid until you realize you're dreaming.
