Like usual, I had a very vivid dream (non lucid) after having a couple of glasses of red wine last night before bed.

Has anyone else been able to play almost an entire game of any sport?

I did last night. It started off with myself observing a couple of guys starting a game of beach volleyball. Somehow, I was able to join and I remember myself getting my adrenalene pumping and even frustrated during a couple of instances during the game. When I woke up, I had remembered how much detail and realism was in the dream right down to a couple of good spikes of the ball.

      Too bad wasn't lucid.

      Cool.
To be able to enjoy a dream that long in itself is great. I had a pretty long dream of a basket ball game. No where near an entire game though.
I had a lucid dream that I was playing the guitar with Jimmy page, It was fun, but I still sucked.
I also once tried to complete a game of chess..soooo close. But it became blurry and I woke up.

I have read that some lucid dreamers can obtain a very stable level of lucidity and clarity. Actually practicing such things. Golf swings, tennis strokes, volleyball spikes, what have you.

In your dreams....damn right biacth. BAM! Take that Spalding logo on your forehead..
Whew. sorry. I get carried away.

      Hahaha, nice Howetzer.

And yes, I too have played a few games in my dreams. They haven't been very clear or very vivid, but I have had a few. It was about golf, but that was because I had been in a golf camp for that whole week. I also had a dream about rowing once too, but once again, I was in a camp for a whole week.

I also have had dreams of me playing video games...those are just odd.

Have you guys ever actually been a character in a video game or just playing it?

      It's kind of odd.

I'll feel like I'm the character in the game, but I'll feel my hand on a mouse and the keyboard (and sometimes, controller), and I'll press a button, yet I'll actually move. I'm not looking at a screen, it's just me. It's kind of odd to explain.

A few other times though, I have been watching a screen, and watching a person, and controlling him. (for example; I once dreamed that I was playing Flight Simulator, I wasn't actually the plain. : P)
