      I'm assuming that when you're asleep, you're in SP. If that's the case, then how can people sleep walk?

      It's a matter of medical conditions... people who don't get SP or maybe its not powerful...

      Sleep walking is actually something that occurs in non-REM sleep (stage IV I think), a stage in which you are not yet in SP.
