Thread: Deja Vu

I'm pretty sure deja vu is just when you feel like you've done something before as you're doing it. It doesn't necessarily mean you dreamed it.

I heard there's a 'scientific' explanation for it. Something about brainwaves repeating or something. Research? Google?

I also think that deja vu is when you think that you have done the exact same thing before while you are doing it. Some of my friends says that when they are experiencing it, they know exactly what will happen next.

When I get deja-vu it feels like everything that's happening SHOULD be happening. Like it's already happened, is happening and will happen all at the same time. It feels cool.

Yeah though I sometimes have the feeling that I know Ive been in the same sitaution before, before. Hope that makes sense.

Deja vu isnt a way to forsee the future. And I dont think its when you dream about something and it comes true. Thats something else. Deja vu is when you think you have been in the same position, place, same feeling, mood, event, situation....etc. And you dont remember when it happened, but you feel like it did happen.

I have felt it before, but only in dreams. You only remember them when it happens, though.
