I know many of us have at least somewhat of an understanding of dreams, and the reason for sleep paralysis whatnot. But I thought i'd share the first time someone has told me about something I did in my sleep.

(forgive me for explaining my dream.. haven't told anyone about it yet except the dream journal). For some reason I had very wacked out dreams last night.. these included me "staying up all night", me waking up (in real life) fallin back asleep (and not knowing it) and writing down my previous dreams of the night in my dream journal. But the stranges one was right after I got up and slapped the snooze button on my alarm. I found myself back in bed except this time with my exgirlfriend (who was/is pretty crazy mind you). Except this time she was all over me (trying to get me to sleep with her) and saying "now we can have babies". After I said that it wasn't happening she started shaking and convulsing (like having a seizure and when I saw her face it was apple red and she was freaking out. I then proceeded to carry her down the stairs to get help (and she must've weighed about 10X more than she actually did) and I go downstairs to find an old high school classmate whom i havent' spoken to in at least 4 years. Sorry for the rant but at the end of this episode (me getting the ex on the couch and preparin to call the ambulance) my eyes bust open and my girlfriend (who is in bed next to me) is trying to comfort be because apparently I had the most panic'd breathing and muscle tension she has ever seen me have. She asked if I had a bad dream..

I suppose this is normal (kids have them all the time) and I guess I could say it kind of was a "nightmare" but since I started partaking in my dreams (and lucid dreaming) none of this has even phased me.. let alone made me freak out.. has anyone had these slip past you? or out of the blue had VERY vivid whacked out dreams where you couldn't seem to grasp that you were dreaming, or to do a reality check, or any of the above? I suppose it's hard to know if you react physically when you are dreaming, but has anyone told you about these things?

thanks for reading my long-ass post.
