Tonight I had an interesting dream, in which I remained non-lucid all the time.

I don't remember all details, but here goes: I meet a woman who says she can give me advice on how to become lucid in a dream (which I haven't yet managed). So she shows me this wierd yoga-position and tells me if I fall asleep in that postition I will definitely have a LD. I don't think my body is the right to get into that position, but she helps me and then I instantly fall asleep in that position. So I fall asleep in the dream and dream within the dream. I become lucid (or not really, I just think I'm lucid) in the dream and I do a RC by pinching my nose and try to breathe, which I can. I just then walk around, enjoying to be "lucid" in a coolourful little area.

Then I also dreamt that I was to start some school in London, but that's another story.

This might sound confusing... But maybe getting into strange yoga-positions will increase the chances of LDing?

It really sounds like to me that even tho you got there in a strange way, you really were lucid! And it sounds like dream-yoga works to make you lucid! I think you can use this...

      Pretty cool.

Hmm but I just did this yoga-thing in a dream, not IRL. And when I was "lucid" I didn't think of my real life, instead I just thought of the place where I met the woman as "the real world"

      I'm confused

I don't know, you say you were non-lucid, but it seems like you were lucid. People have talked about "dreaming that they are lucid" here before; I sort of know what they are talking about, maybe your dream was more like that. The "dream within a dream thing" is weird, but if you knew you were dreaming, that counts as a lucid dream. I often am not quite in my right mind when I am having a lucid dream--I can't remember things I wanted to do, I focus too much on the dreamscape and forget about trying to control, etc. So your thinking that the original dream was really your real life if probably the same sort of thing. For me it's like even tho I'm lucid, I am not in control of my whole mind like I am when I am awake. I'm working on it.

I was just thinking that for you, if yoga comes up in a dream, that could be a good dream sign and could make you becom lucid again. It seems like it could be a particularly powerful one.
