I forgot to post about this, but a little bit back I had the closest thing I remember to a lucid dream. I had a dream, about Lucid Dreaming. In the dream I was in my kitchen and I said to myself "Hey, this is a dream." I myself didn't realize I was dreaming, but me as my character did, saying "Yes! Im Lucid!" or something along those lines. My character self proceeded to try to fly but was unable to get high off the ground. After "waking up" (in the dream) I went and told my sister that I just had a Lucid Dream, which is weird cause she has no idea what it is nor would care about anything I did

I think I did a bad job explaining that.

don't worry about it , it makes sense. The "dreaming of lucid deaming" I find to be a pain in the ass. I think its normal , or I hope so anyway! but I find this most happens when your try to hard to have a lucid dream or your stressed out.

I have no Idea why is happens. I find it to be annoying. heh but thats just me.

Yeah its normal and very annoying. Maybe you have concentratedon becoming lucid so much that it has made its way into your dreams?

I dont know ... it seems wierd, so does it count as Lucid or not? It remindes me of my dreams with we in bed, going, "oh, I'm dreaming. Nice" and then just lying there

still, it might be a good dream sign

I don't think it counts because you don't actually know that you are dreaming, you are just dreaming that you know.

I had a couple of those meta-lucid dreams in my first attempts to have a LD. In the second night after reading about the MILD technique and typical dreamsigns in Laberge's book I had a rather hilarious dream:

I woke up in the middle of the night and tried to self-suggest to have a LD etc. Next thing I remember is waking up in my bed and trying to turn on the light, but the switch didn't work (&#33 I thought "the lights went off, what an unusual thing!". Then I looked at my alarm clock, it was 11 AM, I had to be at work at 8 AM! it didn't seem to be working properly (&#33 "I'm late because of trying all that LDing crap!" I thought . I left the bed in a rush, then I met my gf in the living room watching TV "why didn't you wake me up???" "I thought you needed some rest, you looked tired yesterday" she said very calmly (!&#33. I was really upset "I can't believe it!", tried to use my mobile phone to call to the hospital but all the menus were crazy (!!&#33 "Argh, the world has gone crazy today or what!!" I said

Next thing I remember I was in another dream telling a friend: "last night I almost had a LD, it was full of typical dreamsigns but I was unable to realize that I was dreaming..." I think my subconscious is still laughing

When i first found out about lucid dreaming I was completely obsessed, eg constantly doing Reality Checks and having a DJ.
But the first dream I had where I became lucid was this:

In the dream I thought I was going crazy because I confused dreaming with reality and vice versa. My mind was totaly messed up and I thought to myself: "woa this lucid dreaming stuff is really bad for you, I can't remember much these past days, etc" .
But later (still in the dream) I realised I was hovering off the ground and THEN I became lucid. Lol, for some reason I really wanted a milkshake so I closed my eyes hoping it would be there when I opened them: Bad move.
I woke up!

Once I was awake I was thrilled at how realistic those few seconds were. The trees, the buildings etc.

So dreaming about lucid dreaming didn't trigger me to do a RC, I just kinda 'clicked' and realised I was hovering.

Sorry if this bores anyone, I just wanted to share it.
