      Last night I was doing my nightly prayer..
      when suddenly I heard loud noises
      almost like a television when it loses the channel
      and other random noises as well
      That's when I woke up realizing I had been dozing off for a while

      I was wondering if I was going through the first stage of falling asleep?
      I heard that when your body transitions to sleep
      all kinds of crazy things happen that we don't even realize
      like loud random noises
      and strange ecletic images

      Is this true?

      More than likely it was the first stage of sleep, or a short dream.
