Hey, I'm using the hemi-sync lucid dreaming cd. I am using the first track which first relaxes you, then reminds you that you are dreaming while you are asleep, then wakes you up at the end to improve your recall. I have had maybe 2 or 3 lucid dreams in the past and recently stumbled upon hemi sync because I want to start lucid dreaming again. My question is, when listining to this hemi-sync cd and doing what it says my body first gets hot, likes it's supposed to, and then I begin falling through my bed. This feels very weird and I have tried multiple times but it just feels too strange for me so I open my eyes and move around to stop the feeling. Has anybody tried these cds and had the same experience? If so what happened after you finished the 'falling through your bed' experience? Also, I read about WILD breifly, and I'm not sure if I remember reading that falling through your bed is one of the signs you've almost reached WILD? Is it and if so maybe this cd induces wild instead of just lucid dreaming? Thanks, later

Just stay in for the ride. I haven't used that hemi-sync thing, and have no clue what it is (though I've heard of it once or twice), but I would say just stay in it. From what I understand falling through your bed is a sign that you are nearly at lucidity, and it you stick through it, you'll probably get Lucid. Also, you can't "induce" WILD. WILD is a technique to induce a Lucid Dream, not a type of dream, so it is inducing a lucid dream, though that might mean that it is inducing the dream the same way as it would a WILD.

Oh, and , I just realized this is your first post, so have a good stay at dreamviews.

Yea, i have the whole monroe institute hemi sync gateway experience thing, its about 7 cds with 6 audio files on each cd that are about 30-40 minutes each, ive only done the first 2 though, its cool stuff, first 2 were only deep relaxation and body sleep/mind awake, stuff like that, just excersicing, its like each next audio file progresses you a little bit more

I've been using brainwaves entertainment stuff for quite some time. I think i've tried like 40-50% of what you can find on the internet at brainsync, mindsync and hemisync. (and trust me, because of the large amount of tracks theyve released, 50% is an impressive number).
I've also tried the HemiSync tracks for Lucid Dreaming. All i can say is that i don't think they work.
At least this is my experience. I've tried them for a week or so, each day. All that the first track managed to do was to put me in a relaxed state, but nothing more. I couldn't fall asleep, no matter what ( i tried lowering the volume more and more, but didn't work).
Now, i usually have a problem falling asleep while listening to something (i just cant do it; it keep my conscious mind way too busy). But someone could use those tracks to induce Lucid Dreams, i don't know.
Anyway, regarding the falling through bed experience, as far as i can remember, it is a sign of WILD. It's a hypnagogic motor sensation. Just get used to it and look to it passively.
