I was wondering:
What Brain-chemicals, neurotransmitters & hormones are involved in the human brain/system while Dreaming? any info found on that would be greatly appreciated. I want a Scientific basis to back it up so include a link wiith info if you can.

Also what Nutricians in foods are associated with Dream Enhancement?
Yet again I don't want people to just say "CHEESE!" and other such suggested DreamEnhancing Foods.
I want Scientific evidence for it and the actual Nutricians/substances found in certain foods that are involved.
