Experiment. Try with and without. What do you need the ear plugs for anyway? If you worry about the TV waking you up then use the ear plugs. |

yeah...my pops used to work at a mine as a mechanic and he always leaves the tv on...late at night and what not...and when he wakes up....I don't have to go to work untill 5 pm. |

I use ear plugs every night. I like them for two reasons. |
|
Go some days using them and some days when you don't. See if they work well for you and if they do, keep them. |

I tried earplugs for awhile. They dont really block out loud, temporairy sounds (like the cats chasing eachother and fighting), but when i woke up my ears are always sore, or they fell out when I was sleeping And I was constantly reminded by my parents that I cant hear a fire alarm, phone, something like that, ect. |

Yes to ear plugs. Unfortunately I'm sensitive to noise. My house is near a busy road and my DH and dog both snore lol We also use a white noise machine or fan to drown out road noise, crickets, and so forth. |
