I had the most surprising and thrilling experience the other night. For some reasons I couldn't get to sleep, and I somehow followed the WILD procedure accidentaly, drifting in and out of consciousness, faintly conscious that I was falling asleep.
Now, you've got to know I have never experienced HI or anything that looked like it in my previous WILD attempts - it was all pitch black.
However, this time, at some point I realized I was seing teeth. As it turned out, it was a whole vampire showing his teeth. I realized I could see this figures on my eyelids, it was surrealistic! They were not realistic at all, on the contrary, they were bichromatic (pale greenish yellow on a black background), to me they evoked B&W US cartoons of the 60s, in a kind of arty way.
The subject of the visions was just as strange: mostly vampires and monsters. (I was reading Lovecraft at the time). Sometimes I could see architectural patterns in the background. I was perfectly aware that these things did not exist, but I had no control on their creation.
The show ended after a few minutes and I went through SP (quite freaky, for once) before fully waking up.
HI is the only explanation I have for this, but they were not accompanied by sounds, for instance. Since it's my first time, could I have your opinions? Thanks.
