When I was younger, I frequently had a particular dream over and over.
As I dreamed, the dream was scary, but when I woke up
and analyzed it myself, it was not scary at all.
Yet, when I dreamed it again, it was scary, even though
it was the same thing, and when I woke up, I always wondered
why I dreamt this and why I was scared of it.

the dream started in a pretty atumn scenery. Orange and yellow leaves were falling and kids were running and laughing. One face I remember was a kid from a cartoon based off Jumanji.
the kid's face was this: http://home.pacbell.net/sparagus/por...umanji_sub.gif
I know, funny to think its a cartoon, in a real world...
Anyways, kids ran and played, then I walked somewhere.
I walked inside an doorway from a building that pretty much came out of no where. And once inside I realized i was inside an elevator. And as I looked up at the meter to check what floor I was on, the meter got jammed,
and a scary "dooom" sound trembled from inside me, and then the memory of my dad comes through.

Its hard to tell what it meant. Maybe I was stuck in an elevator?? But I wonder why the memory of my dad came in. Anyway, throughout the ENTIRE dream, im feeling scared (for unkown reasons) and the climax is the part where I look at the elevator meter, and hear the "doom" vibrate inside me. That is the scariest part of all. Then the dream ends.

Then I woke up next day, and realized it was a silly dream, and there was no reason to be scared of it.
And I would have that SAME dream multiple times....

Not anymore though.

The thing is, I was only scared as I dreamt it. Strange?
