      Length of sleep.

Ok I used to always get at least about 8/9 hours sleep a night without fail. But these last few months I have only been getting about 6/7 max. Now at first I was feeling a little tired, but now, I feel ok, and dont tend to feel too tired. Just wondered if tehre is any recommended amount of time I should be sleeping for, and will reducing my time sleeping be harmful in anyway?

      Cheers and Beers

7 to 9 hours of sleep is the recomemded amount for most people. Some people can survive just fine with 6 hours each night, but, they are freaks. If you don't sleep as much as you should, it is harmful in a way that it can cause you more stress during the day, and make you sleepy, but there is a thing called sleep debt that you will eventually have to return sometime, whether it be by sleeping in or taking a nap.

No worries though. Maybe because it's the summer and you might not be as active as you were in school? Maybe you should be more active? Don't know about your life but just dont take pills.
Dreaming is forgetting the basis of reality, remembering it is to be lucid.

lol - I am 25, I work full time, so not in school. Up at 7 for work and home at 7 from work. I work in the city, so a long travel (about an hour and half there) and its a stressful job. But at the moment, I am feeling ok, just hoping this doesn't come and smack me in the face later lol
