When you wake up in the morning, DO NOT MOVE! I don't know why this works, but try it, you dream recall will be enhanced greatly if you do this (If you usually don't do to well at this).

Also, If you are pressed for time, while your eyes are closed (using weird remembering techniques, lets face it - it's dreams) remember the basics/main points of your dreams. For example, you dream of your boss taking you to an ice cream parlor, where you float in boats over ice as your table to eat. Just remember you boss with a boat in one hand and ice cream cone in the other. Whatever works for you to remember these strange dreams
