Wink I -want- to have a nightmare

      I swear I'm not crazy.

I haven't had any kind of dream in MONTHS, and everything in my life seems rather bland right now. I've been under a ton of stress from study for the past few months too, but as of about a week ago, all that stress was lifted off my shoulders. I would have thought all that stress would have given me nightmares. Meh.

Anyway, with everything as boring as it is... I've decided I want to have a nightmare to scare heck out of me.

Watching horror movies hasn't worked for me so far... is there anything I can eat or do to induce nightmares?

I've heard that drinking + eating right before you go to bed can give you nightmares, no idea how true it is though so don't quote me.

I've heard something like that too. I remember someone telling me that eating chocolate before I go to bed will give me nightmares.

      Tried it.. didn't work.

Cheese? If I recall correctly, cheese takes a while to digest, and while it does so ...

I've heard that sugar before bed can give you nightmares, but that just be an old wives tale.

If you're insanley tired, you can choose what you want to dream about. Set your alarm off at 2 in the morning, then think about something when you close your eyes, and it will turn into a dream.

      Talking

Last night, before going to sleep I drank lots of water. At the night I had a bad nightmare. I don't know if water caused it, but I have very rarely nightmares, usually they happen to me if I have eaten lots before sleep. I often also drink milk before bedtime but it haven't caused me to have nightmares.

Nightmares aren't nice when you wake up from them, but later they are funny memories.

Unless for some reason you're not entering REM sleep you've been having dreams.

Caffeine can cause nightmares. Also, think about something that scares you really hard before you sleep. It should give you a nightmare.
