I am currently attempting to change my sleep schedule. I am going to sleep from 9:00pm to 2:30am. I will then stay awake for about an hour, then sleep from 3:30am to 5:45am. I need to know, how do you easily fall asleep? Also, is there anyway to remember dreams better? Last time I remembered, I can best remember my dream when I wake up naturally. No alarms or anything. Any help with any of this? Certain rituals or anything to help? |
