Anyone feeling the yearning for a dream lover?

Frequently in dreams we experience the feeling of completeness when we meet the man/woman of our dreams. We wake up sad that they're not there in real life. Sometimes we dream of people we know and we want them to be that dream person for us. This overflows into real life and can affect us really deeply. Jung calls this anima/animus projection.

I have seen many topics in this and the Dream Interpretation forum on the subject and have tried to explain what's happening. But I found a good article explaining it here:

Jung's model of the psyche is just one of many, but I find it's a useful framework when coping with dreams, fantasies and their consequences.

Well, I suppose it'd be nice. But it'd probably make me stop wanting to live my real life. So I guess i'd rather not have one.

Nope, I wake up and he is still there!
And experience it as a place to visit and play with reality.
