      Fragmentitus?

O.K.,so I made the term up..but for the past two nights, all I've been getting
is dream fragments.Very short, and not worth putting in my dream journal
This is after a very lucid dream,I had two days ago,and now it's like my
mind is tired, and taking it's own break.I hope I'm not headed for some sort
of dry spell..because I usually have great dream recall.

Last night,I got close to lucid while I slept on the couch.I dreamt I was
sleeping on the couch, and it went absolutely no-where.
Please help this sufferer of FRAGMENTITUS!!!

I know exactly what you mean, it happens every now and again.

It sounds like you have hit a dry spot. Taking a bit of a break from dream recall may help.

Otherwise there isn't much else you can do except taking chemicals.

There is a problem with your sleeping. Unless the couch is where you usually sleep then it would be just a fragment. But if you sleep in your bed and dream well there, but then fall asleep on the couch and dream about it, then it's telling you that is not a good spot to dream.

Ya I get a better remembrance when I sleep in a hotel bed rather than my own.
